    Is there something I'm missing here? Obviously there won't be a runoff in a 2 person race, except in the very rare scenario that they tied at *exactly* 50% each. Otherwise, one of them will mathematically have to have at least 50%.

    Poll shows statistical tie in GA SEN (Purdue v Ossoff). Winner needs 50% to avoid runoff.

    Couldn't agree more. I worry that as my son ages he may not want my affection, but I sure as hell hope he does. I don't think it's political for fathers to love our sons.

    Yikes, this is some toxic f'n masculinity. I kiss my son and tell him I love him every day. He's only 1, but it's so important to normalize my love for him at an early age. I strive to be someday be the loving & supportive father that Joe is to Hunter, despite the challenges.

    Flying under the radar but has articles at Special Town Meeting this fall to legalize ADUs AND eliminate single family zoning. I'm not sure about chances are passage, but add this to a list of pro-housing zoning reform being discussed in towns around Greater Bos.

    In the mean time, here's a link to the Town Meeting warrant. Single family zoning elimination is Article 18; ADU warrant is Article 19.

    Arlington's Special Town Meeting is scheduled for November 16, 2020. Arlington has representative town meeting which means only those elected can vote. I'll share more info when I get it from the Arlington advocates about how you can ask your TM members to support these articles.
