Leto Joker was still god awful. Snyder made everything better, but there’s no fixing that garbage.
I still contend that we haven't yet seen what makes Leto's Joker good or bad. He's barely in Suicide Squad and only one scene here. He's not my favorite but I still feel like we haven't seen him really do much
