All this in addition to the principle commitments: full withdrawal of all US and coalition military and civilian personnel (except diplomats) in return for Taliban breaking ties with Al Qaeda and preventing any/all groups from using Afghan soil to attack the US and its allies

Nowhere mentioned in the document, far as I can see, is the word "women". Should not come as a surprise. US officials have vowed to use leverage to ensure women have a seat at table / that women's rights are protected
