People who disagree with this week’s SCOTUS decisions, is it because you think they got the legal analysis or the facts wrong? Or, is it that you think their job should be something other than what it is and they failed to do that other job?

So, seems mostly like “the latter.”
The number of people presuming to know my views on these topics is hilarious. But this just reinforces why you need a small group of the most informed people to decide. Mobs are dumb and can’t stop crying long enough to consider the question.

Legal analysis was not even consistent, whether you agree or disagree. The court is controlled by politics. There is no legal reason to strike down a state gun regulation while simultaneously holding that a 50-year old constitutional right must be handled by the states.

Stare decisis in combination with 9th, 5th and 14th amendments — Roe should have stayed. The existing framework still gave States rights to act regarding post-viability, but did a good job balancing individual Liberty of bodily autonomy and the right to life.

You have all the signs of a struggling CEO. Not a good look. Maybe stop running in place for 4 years and get out in the market and grow.
