Crypto is already heavily regulated. Maybe we could use some clarification, or some new supportive regulation that replaces old, harmful regulation. Bad regulation, like what you have in NY, just hurts consumers. We already have laws against fraud. More education would help.

Yeah if they want to provide FDIC insurance for some bank issued stable coins that would be great. But otherwise, I'd rather it stay free. Looks like every other market is about to blow anyways.
