Very interesting. I'm an atheist but still I beleive life is "sacred". I'm against death penalty and have a lot of doubts about abortion. Do I have a soul? If another spermatozoid had arrived first, would it still be ME with different traits? So many questions.

Souls could work backwards or come in for a brief period of time, or maybe different souls come in and out. Maybe a soul is implanted at death and works its way back in time to when you lose your virginity, then bails. Modern death penalty can be rejected on govt incompetence.
