Can someone explain why UST is trading at $0.15 vs $0 right now? Are people just buying the chance that there's some kind of bailout / liquidation where they get paid?

There is a 'proposal' to fork it and distribute tokens based on luna/ust holders

Btw if you believe it and want to go long, it makes way more sense to go long ust than luna based on mcaps and the proposed % distribution.
