After watching like 40 hours of this Depp/Heard trial, here is my view:
Old dudes with vampire level seduction skills, who are prolific substance abusers, who choose a relationship with a young human girl whose brain isn't even fully formed, are 100% responsible for any outcome.

This is some Bella/Edward Twilight shit. Crazy love bombing, super lux lifestyle, showering the fam/friends with gifts, industry/global status. It was the perfect setup for a relationship that would be very hard to exit. Cognitive dissonance and resentment had to be sky high.

I'm sure they abused each other but who created the situation? Who was the adult, who should have known better, been more responsible? You just have to be careful when there's that massive a power/experience imbalance. It's really hard to hold the other person accountable at all.

Jesse I’m still trying to understand how this whole thing is on television. Are they getting paid for this? I understand that it’s a public court but does that mean you can just put cameras in there and show people’s divorce proceedings?
