Seed oils are everywhere. You pretty much just have to eat at home. I've been asking every restaurant I eat at from Chipotle to super fancy steakhouses and EVERYBODY is using seed oils for cooking EVERYTHING. Even the "healthy" grocery stores are full of products containing SO.

If a person is relatively healthy and occasionally goes out to eat, they'll be fine The point of going out to is often social and for personal enjoyment

Ive been eating 1-1.5lbs of steak every day since january and its the only thing I can eat anymore. I literally do not crave anything else and it only feels better and better as the days go on. Best part, i use my own oil, pan, etc.
