Seed oils are everywhere. You pretty much just have to eat at home. I've been asking every restaurant I eat at from Chipotle to super fancy steakhouses and EVERYBODY is using seed oils for cooking EVERYTHING. Even the "healthy" grocery stores are full of products containing SO.

Grass fed beef doesn’t have see oils.

Everything I eat comes from my own kitchen. I find it's healthier when I go out to stick just to drinking copious amounts of alcohol. I feel much healthier this way.
