I’m sure government knows best for all businesses and individuals, and uniform, top-down rules are optimal for everyone but why stop at 32? Why not make it an 8-hour work week with all additional hours counting for overtime pay? Businesses would love the rise in productivity.

How would that impact small businesses? I mean, why work at a 40 people medical practice 5 days a week as a receptionist, if I can shuffle papers in BlueShield just 4 days? No brainer!

At some point this pendulum has to swing the other way. This isn’t sustainable. So easy for people with no employees to suggest such a policy. I don’t get it. Move to Texas!! We get it.

My best work always came when I put the pedal to the metal & it sure as hell wasn’t 32 hours. It was after weeks of 24 hour days I made shit happen. It’s true!

Government really does know best, it's no coincidence the richest counties in the country are just outside of DC...primarily inhabited by "public servants".
