Which sanctions, exactly? Who prohibits you from submitting payment? What prevents you from submitting payment in #Bitcoin? Let me know if you need some help navigating this. We continue to operate financial exchange services in the region and see no reason why you’d be blocked.

If it's a EU entity sending into Belarus or Russia they'd be risking breach of sanctions. Not sure if department of US treasury has put Belarus on sanctions list but if so any US company sending money would be in breach. Even if using bitcoin. That's why coinbase is not doing it.
