Yeah, the broker is an instant giveaway. Oh, some 2010 hodlr had no idea what to do, who to trust so they Googled you, no-name, est. 2022 broker instead of contacting any number of highly trusted veterans in the space that they surely would have known for years? Makes sense. /s

No it’s legit they already shared their escrow agents gmail address so I can confirm everything. They’re paying 10% above spot so if anything I’m scamming them.
