Some job candidates check my tweets for political views. My tweets are mostly about dangerously stupid/evil govts and crypto. It's not a great format for nuance though. Would it be good or bad for recruiting to set up a sort of campaign site that lays out all my views in detail?

I think if candidates have a huge problem with you expressing yourself on Twitter then they're probably not a great fit for the role. You probably don't have anything to gain from a campaign site. Unless, of course, you're running for governor.
