Some job candidates check my tweets for political views. My tweets are mostly about dangerously stupid/evil govts and crypto. It's not a great format for nuance though. Would it be good or bad for recruiting to set up a sort of campaign site that lays out all my views in detail?

Hmm.. I think it’s good to attract talent that will fit overall culture. A big corporate risk is culture going to “woke”. It’s the reason I left a good job. I didn’t to get vaccinated & they let us know that we had til January or be fired. That was really hard for me & my family

The overall culture was for that. I felt lonely leaving, but seeing Supreme Court decision let me know it was the right call. But biggest thing I look for now is how open is the culture to independent thinkers. Shows strength & good decision making. More important to have a

If people are joining because of the exact same views, there will be no diversity of opinions and no one could possibly pull you up when you’re about to make a huge mistake (in a general sense-not *you* specifically)

I would read your blog, you have an interesting perspective and I look forward to reading it, even in this format. Ever heard of Academy of Ideas on YouTube? Their format is incredible and covers a wide array of philosophy/psychology/etc.

Different results in different time frames. All depends in your time prefference. I.e. you want to sell then don't.
