Reminds me of the idea for public recognition for top taxpayers (federal, state, etc). It would make it somewhat embarrassing for the wealthy who aren’t on the list, and reward those who are.

Definitely should be some perks and recognition for the contribution. People might overpay taxes just to be in the club.
