Why do we have to Move Our Liquidity Off Kraken to other lower quality exchanges to execute normal trading?

We do not want Singapore/Hong Kong leverage. We want to sell when appropriate to market conditions.
A 'funding' fee correlated to market sentiment for sell/short assets is expected.
If QuuKoin can do this in Futures why can we not in Margin?
