Are you able to be more specific about what the guidance is about or share anything else? I've sent in a formal FOIA request; if you can't share yourself, can you advise on what specific documents to request?

Even narrowing down by dates helps. If "advice" is being passed behind closed doors, I want to know what that looks like. This hidden nonsense doesn't help anyone. Especially if it doesn't need to be hidden or if it can be made public with some effort.

They should look for documents/communications in the past few months containing "Payward Limited" and "Restrictions relating to activities". We're finding out if we are able to publicly share.

Yeah that'd definitely be enough time. That the original guy didn't find anything probably means the FCA has no formal, documented policies yet or that he's not looking in the right place. I'm not aware of any FCA-licensed entity that is able to support Monero in the UK.

No FCA licensed exchange lists privacy coins including monero. This FCA intern is clueless.
