Rights that are impositions on others are not natural rights, and are immoral. Moreover this is not the solution! There are real solutions that are more complex that involve homeless courts and mental health treatment and *accountability and transparency* for homeless funds.

Not sure I understand what you are saying Joe. What do you mean re impositions on others? The east coast has a right to shelter. NYC shelters 65,000 people. We can't have people sleeping in the streets. We need to build/provide homeless shelters.

Feels like a copy/paste /r/libertarian response but I didn’t interpret your comment to call for anything like the state forcing hotels to accept homeless people like in the pandemic. Also, i fully right to shelter laws but only in unison with laws against encampments, etc.

Yes - that is part of the reason to support right to shelter. Currently there are laws that prevent cities from shutting down encampments unless they can offer people a place to stay.
