Absolutely. Great to see the Libertarian party growing in Congress. Does this mean 1000% tax on donuts and alcohol or cash back at the DMV with proof of abs? What’s the penalty for those with natural COVID immunity who get hospitalized after unnecessarily taking a risky vaccine?

Hard to know without long term studies. The question is why would you take the risk if you don’t need to? If you’ve developed natural immunity, vaccine risks are probably greater than COVID risks for most people.

We also don't know the long term effects of COVID. I have a friend who got COVID and after not needing to use inhalers for over 13 years his asthma is back with a vengeance. With regards to natural immunity, you'd have to test everyone who is not vaccinated to know. That's rough.

I'm not confident that there's a clear answer here I wouldn't be surprised that depending on vaccine-type and age, one risk becomes greater than the other

But as you've implied, we need studies to really know, so it's very uncertain to me. But what's clearer it's that there's the collective benefit of herd inmunity if more people are vaccinated, and I think you are not considering it, that makes the benefit scale above linearity
