he pleaded guilty made a plea agreement with the Gov for a recommended 5-6 year sentence was brutal to watch, he could barely keep his head up only hope now is leniency from the judge

What people commenting never realize is that Virgil’s choice was not 0 days vs 6 years in prison. It was the rest of his life in prison vs 6 years. They gave Ross 2 lives + 40 years. I hate this system bc I would have pled *even if I never had talked to anyone in n korea*
