Great point. I would not be surprised if this was a big stumbling block. I took another look at Teams recently and it’s nowhere close to the UX of top competitors. I don’t think I’d ever be able to work at a company that forced Teams on me.

I'm teaching with teams at our college and it's not that bad imho. Ties in beautifully with office365, a real competitive advantage for privacy. No one ever gets fired for buying Microsoft.
