Cute but I can only presume this was meant for internal distribution. As unhelpful as it is at defining a bond, it clearly lays out all the differences between bonds and various, over-collateralized, non-transferable crypto yield products. Hopefully, someone at the SEC will watch

The SEC is throwing everything at making themselves relevant — to save their old buddies from the banks .. should spend more time figuring out how to help empower people with crypto instead!
