Okay, so obviously you aren't going to get away with a $900M hack, it's impossible to clean that much. So putting yourself in the hacker's shoes, what would you do with the money? Not with the goal of washing it, but just to have as much fun/create as much chaos as you can?

Use a script to create wallets for all congressmen and senators and distribute equally. Send the seed phrase to their official email address. They'll obv return the money or be forced to, but it'll be fking interesting when they all suddenly find they have $1Mn in crypto.

Yoooo!!!! What a way to onboard people to crypto. Loool. What would be even funnier: wash enough so that you can send each $1m. Email private keys. Now they are all incentivized to pass sensible crypto tax laws. Problem solved.
