FYI Rob Portman (Ohio, where I am at) is not running for re-election, so he has nothing to lose. Calling him would be a waste of time.

Nothing to lose but his reputation and legacy. Doubt he wants to be remembered as the traitor responsible for destroying the US crypto industry.
