Has anyone an idea how these OTC desks operate? Trying to figure out wether the #Bitcoin holdings are down due to demand or if e.g. OTC balances are not filled up when there is no demand. So for example if you are a whale and there is no OTC demand wouldn't you sell your /1

You only keep in the register what you need for the day’s business. OTC desks scaling back the cash on hand probably means business is slowing down.
