Unfortunately, we don't make the rules. If you think $10m is too high, call your public representative. Personally, I think everyone should have the same access or knowledge should be the test. I don't like access to wealth creation tools being predicated on having wealth.

I don't agree. Little guys are allowed to gamble at casinos, buy lottery tickets. Why aren't they allowed to buy stock in startups or trade on margin? If little guys have knowledge but not access, how will they be able to use that knowledge to compete for wealth?
