There certainly are better locations for cold storage than the Arts District. Not really much choice but to move now that you've been doxxed.

The housing market is crazy here in LA. Many leaving but still a shortage of homes.

Wait what? Just because developers haven’t given up on LA unlike you . It doesn’t mean they’re making a bad decision. Hurry up and leave. No one wants you in CA.

Definitely a shortage of property here in LA. Over 30 offers coming in on a single property. Theres no better place to live in the USA. I was not a fan of Dallas nor Austin. Not to mention the Texas Allergens really messed me up.
