People of Austin, TX, what’s the situation with the street camping? Is Prop B going to pass? Thinking about a move but would never live in another city where filth and dangerously unstable people are allowed to run unchecked after seeing the devastation in SF and Venice, CA.

Not wanting to live in a super dangerous and dirty environment means you don't have compassion? Sometimes voting with your feet and starving the beast is the best way to help. Staying in CA and continuing to enable and finance horrible policies through my tax dollars is immoral.

how is moving away voting? you’re in a privileged position to do good and enact change. you can’t run away from every problem in your neighborhood. you could get a coalition of tech leaders together and make significant change if you wanted to.
