People of Austin, TX, what’s the situation with the street camping? Is Prop B going to pass? Thinking about a move but would never live in another city where filth and dangerously unstable people are allowed to run unchecked after seeing the devastation in SF and Venice, CA.

It's a dry cold, you barely notice it. For the days you do notice it, throw another log on the fire! Also, liberty is at least +2 to your warmth stat 🔥

Jan avg of 0°F. "you barely notice it". Either you're the most grizzled man alive, or you're a grizzly in a man-suit. Liberty does add a lot of stats though.
