Awesome that it has worked for you. It’s been a total crapshoot for me and I even lost $1500 on a booking I walked out of 5 minutes after opening the door due to gross misrepresentation, building under construction, filth and paint fumes. ABnB backed up the owner. Any tips?
Next time this happens get a witness statement and submit together with your complaint, sped things up considerably when I was in a similar situation!

I think the best (only) solution is to just get another one and chargeback the bad one. Same way you deal with a shitty hotel.
