Request for product: 10+ gallon capacity watering device for plants with a wand/dispenser capable of measuring/controlling output. Should have dial or numpad for entry in ounces. Once amount entered, device dispenses exact amount. Need adjustable flow speed too. Does it exist?

hm. interesting idea but I haven't seen anything that can do easily adjustable timed disbursements on demand. Basically, I want to be able to water many sensitive plants in quick succession without having to measure every time. So, input has to be faster than measurement.

This one measures the water flow velocity... not sure you can adjust the speed though.

This thing is pretty expensive but looks like there are cheaper flow measurement alternatives that maybe could be hacked for this purpose. Was hoping to find something all-in-one, ready off the shelf without needing to engineer a new device from various parts. Thanks for the idea

It's up to the user to enter how much water is needed. This really just saves you the time of having to measure it out. Some plants are super sensitive to watering and need consistency. Such a tool would also let you outsource a watering program to a less sophisticated user.

Market uptake for a device is a very small audience. Check into drip irrigation. Many are IoTified and let you dial-in and tweak until you stop browning plants.

I agree it's probably a small market. Automated drip won't really work for my indoor setup.
