Has anyone sold an nft redeemable for something that isn’t available yet? Also curious to hear from on why he suggested the stablecoin rather than an nft

The token is fungible (not NFT) if there are more than 1 indistinguishable units of it. "Stablecoin" doesn't sound right either. Crowdfunding token?

There could be a non-fungible component to it, like # in the edition, unique unlockable link/coupon. If not yeah, would be fungible. Most "stablecoins" are actually reserve coins/warehouse receipts.
most "stablecoins" are casino coupons representing fraud by your fellow crypto exchanges
