I'd do this:
2+ versions of the book: 1. basic (unlimited run), 2. foil/holo/rare covers + author signature (max 1000, 10-100x price of basic).
Create edition of NFT for each. 1-10 years to redeem. Tokens not redeemed are collectors items. Foil/holo/rare not redeemed are burned.
