$5k/mo to put people in tents on the streets of SF. Not even counting the cost of crime in surrounding areas thanks to the DA's catch & release program. Is this responsible use of tax dollars? You could rent all these guys apartments in Vegas for $1k/mo, spend $4k on treatment.
