Selective enforcement is obviously a ginormous problem. So are the insane fines/punishments available, which make innocent parties more likely to settle or back down from making a principled stand for what's right. You might be putting your whole business/life on the line.

IMHO, is as follow: Do we all decide to come together and fight the fight or, we wait ans see, whoever is on the spotlight for the right or the wrong reasons fight the fight alone ( knowing that whoever that individual or entity is fighting alone for everyone else?
