Some good advice but how would you know the difference between one dude with a fat finger and infrastructure problems? You don't present any evidence for your alternative theory. Nobody has made claims of orders not matching properly. Company has denied problems. What gives?

How do you define infrastructure? This is a measurement of latency over the Internet.
No, the latency is not due to "the internet" but because of your slow servers response. I have been using Kraken for years and the times servers/service gone down are countless. Don't try to hide behind a finger, it looks furtherly unprofessional, admit your faults and get better

You're already offering refunds.. the pragmatic thing to do would be to accept things could be better and reassure your customers you will work to improve the situation.
Many see you as one of the 'good ones', I'd strongly encourage you live up to that.

This happens all the time with Kraken. Your infra was horrible during '17 and crazy wicks were/are typical for your exchange.
