Have submitted it. 2 tickets! Just a general reply every one is getting. Just revert all the trades from those 5 mins window which should henceforth be known as the blackhole window and you can reply with due to "market protection"

You've got pretty high hopes my friend. This is a problem they fix for future traders.

When you roll back trades to benefit one group, you take from another group. It's actually creating more problems because then people don't trust the finality of trade settlement on your exchange.

Sure. The team is working on some ideas while looking in to the data. Would love to hear if you've got any ideas beyond paying every losing trader's perceived losses out of our own pocket.

So you're saying that any of your customers who use any leverage whatsoever on your platform could be wiped out almost instantly by what is essentially a fluke, with no recourse? How can you claim that your customer's funds are safe with you? Why did this only happen on Kraken?

Yes. Our job is to secure your funds, not to tell you how to trade. Please don't trade on leverage if you don't understand the risks.

MR Powell, please DM me or contact me via my email in kraken account. Wish to know how it is that I read all this about refunds... Just... Not me! 14.5 k return when I lost 300k on eth event is way less than I am hearing..

Hi Ali, please submit a support ticket and someone will review your case. The difference is probably due to how you are calculating what you lost. We're not covering all losses from the top of the market. We're measuring from the price floor seen at other venues.

Price floor 1500 down to 700 on greater than 100 eth margin causing the loss (yes btc there too) would still call for greater than 14.5k USD refund...

To be clear, our position is that you are not owed anything but we do want to help. If you had 100 ETH sold at $700 instead of $1500, that would be $800 delta * 100 = $80,000. I'm guessing that you did not have 100 ETH sold at the very bottom of $700. What's your math?
I was given $200 in refund on my $24,000 loss. it's not even 1%
and I have sent multiple messages on my ticket with no response.
