it's just not right man. No reason ADA should dump the way it did just to pop right back up unless I missed something in the fine print? Some clause I should have been better informed on? I was a supporter of Kraken and held you high on my website. It's not right.

Hi Dustin, thanks for being a Kraken supporter. It sounds like you don't understand how markets work. If someone makes a huge sell order in to an order book, they'll eat through the liquidity and drive the price down. After that, the price comes back up to the best bid.

I imagine it's easy to talk down to anyone without the same capacities as youself. Typical. When I deposited 1900+ ADA into a kraken account, I wasn't aware that would be taken away too over a trade gone wrong... And this only seemed to happen on YOUR market.

Feels like a known liquidity issue on krakens part and predetermined move. All other exchanges absorbed the dump. They didn't steal the little I had man. I know enough to know your system isn't right.

ADA trades were already open. I don't understand why depositing ADA days later to hold in Kraken account separately would be taken too? It had nothing to do with trades that were originally open otherwise why allow me to open them in the first place?

I would have never deposited more ADA into my account to hold on the side had I thought at all there was a risk to that too. I understand the risks of trading on leverage and let's be honest, 3x isn't exactly anything in crypto but the trades were set. Why take more?

Hi Julien, thanks for being a Kraken supporter. It sounds like you don't unterstand how markets work. The market makers needed some money since they were only losing money during the rally.
