Our ethusd contract had another wick down to $504 just , most likely caused again by large sell orders simultaneously. If you were affected please contact our support. We have already finished most of the reimbursement plans for the last wick , will do the same for this one.

the precedent in the industry is there..please consider doing right by your customers when we have been liquidated on prices that were not industry average.

That's not how crypto works. You don't get industry average pricing. You get pricing of the market you're trading on.

What would the basis for that case be? You didn't understand how markets worked at the time?

Our attorneys are looking into the case. The equity in my account was more than enough to cover the margin required for a drop to the price $eth traded at across are other exchanges. I was also liquidated well below your stated liquidation point of 40%.

Problem is you weren't trading on other exchanges. You should submit a support ticket. Sorry we didn't do a better job of helping you understand how trading works.
