Our ethusd contract had another wick down to $504 just , most likely caused again by large sell orders simultaneously. If you were affected please contact our support. We have already finished most of the reimbursement plans for the last wick , will do the same for this one.

the precedent in the industry is there..please consider doing right by your customers when we have been liquidated on prices that were not industry average.

That's not how crypto works. You don't get industry average pricing. You get pricing of the market you're trading on.
What would the basis for that case be? You didn't understand how markets worked at the time?

Not even industry average, but several orders of magnitude off is unacceptable. There has been precedent for this type of anomaly on other exchanges, like this example. Kraken can do the same and restore faith.
