If you truly believe that Customer Experience is the key for any exchange to increase/keep or lose it's customers then you should change some stuff asap. After 10hr or more downtime I got this reply in my email. #kraken Canned msges are No2 reason of churn. ;)

I've paid over $23k USD in fees alone during the last two years in Kraken. Then at the best time when money could be made (or avoided to be lost), the exchange dies. One thing I'm sure is that you guys aren't using the money from fees to buy server capacity.
