Robinhood does not "delist." Only an exchange can do that. Robinhood is a business and has to worry about its ability to execute the trades. Go trade on another platform.

It's about credit risk. Retail traders are more risky. Robinhood can set higher margins, limit trade size, evaluate account activity. If retail willing to put up same margins and hav credit worthiness of institutions, it can trade volatile securities/commodities/currencies, too
