and others about this; when I have a 2hr Grant William podcast in the queue I know it'll be 2 hrs of deep convo. CH quality is so wide, time spent in a room could be wasted if convo is boring

4/4 @joinClubhouse has a lot of potential but I don't think it's competition for podcasts. It's potentially competition for conferences, radio and classrooms. It's advantage is the timeliness of the discussion, ad hoc participation, ease of adding and removing participants.

Podcasts are inventivized by ad revenues and clear monetization patheahs to keep listeners engaged from one episode to another, and that comes through in the polish. CH doesn't yet have that clear monetization mapped out. So it's hard for creators to optimize for monetization
