2/4 On the other end you have a basket of ultra slimy MLM, bad investment advice, terrible relationship advice, poorly moderated channels that remind you of that class you always skipped because the teacher always let the people who never studied dominate the lesson with dumb Q's

3/4 could benefit from some kind of moderator training/onboarding but maybe the better mods will naturally rise to the top over time. Question screening may eventually be needed as groups are training people to use CH speaking opportunities to market themselves.

4/4 has a lot of potential but I don't think it's competition for podcasts. It's potentially competition for conferences, radio and classrooms. It's advantage is the timeliness of the discussion, ad hoc participation, ease of adding and removing participants.

Agreed wide range of quality, some rooms are really incredible and some could really use a better moderator or structure and go off the range quickly. Overall it’s been nice to have another online format to discuss crypto that is long form and carries tone of voice.

Now that so many have joined Clubhouse, the Satoshi Roundtable club is getting critical mass — we hope it can be a good spot for private or semi private rooms so industry people can talk to each other without “What found should I buy?” questions & dive into deeper topics.
