Easily. We’ve hidden some assets in some geos because of local payment processor requirements rather than regulatory requirements. Payment processors and banks can just make up whatever arbitrary, irrational rules they want and you’re at their mercy if you want an account.

I think that's much better UX than making sure no customer in any jurisdiction can access an asset that's "questionable"

I think this will be the year I leave bittrex behind if this continues. Kraken seems to be less panicky and have more sense for nuance and subtlety.
