I’m not sure I understand the problem. You’re ok telling the whole Internet you bought a Ledger and you have an account at Kraken but it’s not ok for Kraken to proactively warn you when we learn that your personal data has been exposed in a data leak? You’d prefer no warning?

The distinction that was initially unclear is that Kraken cross-referenced its mailing list against the leaked newsletter list rather than doing a fully unsolicited mass mailing. Glad your team took the time to clarify this in other threads on here.

The problem here is that you wrongly assumed Kraken sent this to everybody and rushed to tweet this without double checking.
