Do not move to SF. 10 arrests in 3 years and the guy is still out there attempting to carjack and kidnap people. He'll surely be back out going for #11 in a few days.

A violent felon attempted to kidnap & carjack a woman yesterday at Turk & Jones. He robbed her & fled. TL cops have taken him into custody & recovered V's property. This suspects 10th TL arrest in <3 years. Several of the prior incidents also resulted in V'S injured, traumatized.
