At 10:55pm Sunday, two suspects robbed a man walking near Elizabeth & Castro Street in Noe Valley, took his phone, and shot him as he attempted to leave. Sadly, the victim is in the hospital with life-threatening injuries. The suspects in both incidents are still at large,(2/3)
