Maybe it’s time to admit that SF can’t afford to adopt the entire nation’s homeless and mentally ill. The budget is enormous — just needs to be managed properly.

Or admit it’s completely mismanaged corrupt and 2/3 of the jobs are useless. Need a 3rd part audit on every agency. Every contract. It’s not working. The exodus is real. It’s not like other busts. City will lose bart and muni. The drug problem is the other problem. It’s science.
